> About Ron Barrick received his formal education from Texas Tech University (BBA and MBA). He interned with a local CPA firm while in graduate school at Tech. After graduation, he spent two years in corporate accounting with Sandia Corporation in Albuquerque, New Mexico before returning to public accounting. In 1971, Ron accepted employment in Cushing Oklahoma. Two years later he was offered a partnership and the firm was later renamed Call, Barrick, Ethridge, Webb & Co., Certified Public Accountants. The firm grew to five offices all located in Central Oklahoma. Ron’s client responsibilities consisted mostly of governmental and non-profit audit services as well as tax planning and preparation. In 1986 he became the tax partner for the firm. In 2002, Ron sold his interest in the firm and relocated to Georgetown, Texas. Ron Barrick has had extensive experience in almost all phases of federal and state income taxes, whether it be for individuals and trusts or for businesses. His background in audit and financial statement analysis provides a unique insight for designing and implementing effective accounting systems.
